**Project:**
The development and management of the Customs Agency’s applications are continuously carried out to support the Customs Agency’s core processes. A large part of the Customs Administration’s system is developed in Java. In management, both the development of proprietary systems and the configuration of purchased systems takes place.
** Excerpt:**
The Customs Agency needs a system developer. The consultant will work with other resources in an agile delivery team responsible for the development and management of IT support in the collection activities of the Customs Agency. Work will mean both backend
and frond development. The consultant will work proactively and propose improvements that lead to better availability, decreasing number of incidents and higher quality. The work also includes the transformation of the business needs/requirements into technical solutions, the implementation of the same system, including technical tests. The consultant will need to be classified under the assignment and the classification must be completed before the start of the assignment.
About the Customs Agency:**
The Customs Agency is a government agency that controls the flow of goods in and out of Sweden, contributes to a safe society and competitive neutral trade. The Customs Agency simplifies legal trade and prevents illegality by providing smooth foreign trade customs procedures, a simple border crossing for travellers and effective border protection. The duties of the Customs Agency come from the Swedish Parliament and the Government. The customs office was founded in 1636 and currently has approximately 2,400 employees. The Customs Agency’s IT department is located in Luleå and consists of approximately 250 employees and around 100 consultants.

At least 3 years of experience in Java Development
At least 3 years of experience in second-generation angular (version 2 with type script) including work on the latest versions (version 18-19 or higher)
At least 2 years of experience in system development with the SBE method (specific and not equivalent)
* The consultant should have good knowledge in Swedish, both speech and writing

**Should requirement**

* Experience in system development towards the Customs process export
* Experience in system development within state authority
Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
Experience with JBoss application server
Experience with GIT

**Startdatum:** 2026-01-01 (provided that safety ratings are approved and clear)

_Option:_ Ability to 2 extension in 12 months. The extension of the supply contract will be made automatically unless the Customs Agency in writing no later than one (1) month before the respective contractual period ceases to announce that it does not wish to extend the contract.
_Saying:_ Both parties have the right to terminate The delivery agreement with one (1) month notice period, the termination shall be in writing.
**Place:** Luleå. The consultant is expected to be in their office in Luleå at least 1 day a week. However, some weeks may require a presence.
