To our customer We are looking for a consultant for the task below:
**Description:**
The consultant will develop, develop and manage travel systems
and identity documents. The consultant translates business requirements into efficient and quality-assured software code and has good knowledge of modern programming languages, frameworks and development tools.
In this role, the consultant takes an active responsibility to drive technical issues forward and contribute to technical choices. The role encompasses the entire life cycle of the system – from development to management, troubleshooting and wrongdoing. The consultant also works with various technologies such as service-based solutions, container solutions, database, certificate solutions, equipment, fingerprint capture sensors, etc.
** Qualifying requirements (Scale requirements): **
- The consultant must be Swedish citizen and hold good Swedish knowledge in speech and writing
- The consultant shall have at least 8 years of documented experience of work as a system developer, the experience shall have been translated over the past 10 years.
- The consultant shall have at least 5 years of practical experience in developing an agile working method
The consultant must have at least 5 years of practical experience working in the language Java, sql databases, CI/CD.
The consultant must have at least 4 years of practical experience working in the language Angular.
The consultant must have at least 4 years of practical experience working in the language Kotlin.
**Meritational competence (Requirements): **
Consultant should have experience in certificate management
- The consultant should have experience in the integration of equipment/sensors and communications over webservices/websockets
Start date: 13 Apr 2026 or As soon as possible after approved registry check
Final Date: 12 Apr 2027
Option for extension: 12 Apr 2028, the Police Authority may use all or part of the option period.

Police authorities place high demands on consultant safety
and privacy awareness. Safety review with register control and subscription of security agreements under the Security Act (2018:585) may be conducted by consultant and consultant employers before The contract can be claimed. In some cases, Swedish citizenship is required.
Evaluation of tenders: (Ework makes the selection)
Ework makes a first selection and presents tenders to the customer for final evaluation.
Interview:
Consultant/ Supplier may, if necessary, be called an interview to determine qualification requirements.

Agreement Terms:
The terms of the assignment will be based on Ework’s framework agreement with the customer. Please note the terms of the Annex "Example agreement", see "Documents/Links".
