Job description:
**For our customer, we are looking for a:** Systems specialist for IT Delivery with a focus on the digital solutions that support Renova’s Logistics, Assignment and Recycling business areas.
The focus of the role is on our customer portal – a central system in contact with our customers. You work closely with both the company and the supplier to ensure that the portal develops, functions and meets both internal and external needs.
In addition to the customer portal, it also includes responsibility for the intranet (Inside, built in SharePoint), the web platform and IFS CRM. The role involves receiving the business’s orders and turning them into practical IT solutions, managing management and further development, and driving structured life cycle management.
An important part of this autumn is to be responsible for the customer portal’s part in our ongoing logistics project. This involves acting technically responsible for the portal part – dealing with issues related to testing, results, documentation and reporting status and propulsion to the project manager.

Beyond the main responsibility**
* Participate in simpler troubleshooting and incident management linked to the systems, and escalate as needed.
* Contribute to the follow-up of suppliers’ SLAs and the technical status of the systems, including participation in life cycle planning.
*Respond to technical documentation and system information being kept up-to-date in life cycle management.
Ensure that IT solutions you work with comply with the organization’s information security and data protection guidelines, in close cooperation with responsible roles.
* Participate in projects and initiatives as a system resource/part project resource for the systems you are responsible for.
**Should requirement:**
* Relevant college education (e.g. system science) or equivalent experience
Experience in working with web-based systems, integrations and customer portals
Ability to conduct technical tests, configuration and change management from an IT perspective.
*A habit of working closely with the company’s clients and translating their needs into clear IT solutions.
At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
**Meritive requirements:**
Azure and Microsoft 365.
Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub and Jira.
* Programming
- and database knowledge, such as .NET, C#, SQL, PL/SQL and JavaScript.
