Job description:

**Condition**
Our customer in retail and e-commerce is now looking for a teamlead to lead approximately 30 – 40 employees on IT delivery.
**On the mission**
As a Team Lead for the customer’s IT Delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing work distribution and coordinating the work within the team from requirements to deployment. You will be a support to Business Analyst (BA) and coordinate any meetings ahead of BRP with the operations combined with BA. You also have the responsibility for the list of tasks outside of Epics (the team's Backlog).

* Coordinate and govern division of labour
* Together relevant team members coordinate work within the team from need to deployment
Ensure that incoming needs (Epics, tickets) are taken care of
Communicate with other Team Leads to coordinate dependencies in supplies between teams
* Communicate and plan with IT Operations on tickets and tasks
Reporting and follow-up to the nearest manager

Planning the daily work
Guarding tickets in JIRA
Participate in coordination forums with other Team Leads and Delivery Manager
Monitoring external resources, contracts and costs together with Sourcing Manager
* Escalation of resource needs to manager
Planning for BRP
Coordinate Standups and other Team meetings.
