Introduction and Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Team Leader and Fullstack Developer for an exciting assignment within the public sector. The role involves leading an agile development team and contributing as a fullstack developer in the development of modern IT solutions.
Main Objectives
---------------
* Lead the daily operations of an agile development team, ensuring successful deliveries.
* Coordinate internal and external contacts related to the team's assignments.
* Contribute as a fullstack developer in areas such as e-archiving and integrations.
* Work on search and retrieval applications.
* Coordinate operations with external suppliers.
* Manage multimedia components effectively.
Must have Requirements
----------------------
* Several years of experience in development using C# .NET and Java EE.
* Experience as a team leader in agile development teams.
* Strong communication, structured approach, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
* Understanding of DevOps environments.
Nice to Haves
-------------
* Experience with e-archiving and working with search indexes, such as Solr.
* Knowledge of IIPAX Archive.
Other Details
-------------
* Start date: April 1, 2025 (or as agreed).
* Full-time commitment (can be adjusted upon completion).
* Duration: 6 months with the possibility of 7 extensions of 6 months each.
* Location: Jönköping, with the opportunity to work remotely 2 days a week after an initial period.
