Team Leader Cloud Services

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader for Cloud Services. You will lead and develop a team of 3 employees in the Cloud Services area, designing, implementing, and operating IT services based on Microsoft Azure Cloud and M365 to support upper secondary level schools. You will represent the schools as a competent interface for service operation and 2nd and 3rd level support within the central IT service portfolio. You will ensure the smooth provision of IT services and 2nd/3rd level support to meet the schools' requirements. You will have close collaboration and coordination with other teams to ensure high service quality and efficiency. You will analyze and continuously improve IT processes and systems to increase service quality and efficiency.

A solid foundation in computer science or business informatics is required. Funded, multi-year experience in modern cloud technologies is necessary. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and M365 services is required. Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting is necessary. Experienced leadership with several years of successful personnel management is required.
