emagine seeks a consultant who can act both Team Leader and ERP consultant at a public customer in Lyngby.
The engagement must provide knowledge and experience from implementations, thereby helping to increase internal use and understanding the existing Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud and Oracle EPM solution by the customer.
This involves 50% Team Management and 50% consultant work.
DESCRIPTIONS
Background: The Customer has since 2018 implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EPM Cloud for managing administrative tasks based on the HR and the financial department. For the HR part, the implementation has done using external consultants, while it is implemented through the use of internal resources. The management of both areas is now handled by ITAM, and to support this team in work, a consultant with experience as Team Leader and can also be included in the development tasks. The ITAM Team consists of 17 employees where we expect 4
- new employees.
The invitation must have experience at the expert level with the following:
ERP:
* Must be an expert in ERP Fusion, especially Finance (GL, AP, AR CE, OIE,
Procurement and FA) and Projects (Costing, Billing, Resources and
Management).
* Deep experience with the setup of the SLA engine is extremely important.
* At least have been involved in one ERP Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
* Must be able to act the solution architect within ERP.
* Should be able to be guided by year-round.
* Must be able to deliver 3 level support in all areas.
EPM:
* Must have in-depth knowledge of EPM Fusion
* Must have been involved in at least one implementation.
* Must be able to support the EPM area.
Helpdesk:
* Must have been involved in at least one implementation of Fusion Helpdesk
* Must be able to support and develop.
General:
* Deep knowledge of Best Practice processes for HCM, ERP and EPM.
* Implementation experience in the Danish university sector or similar.
* Knowledge of public accounting principles. English and English at business level (both oral and written) Since the customer’s official language is Danish.
Staff management:
* Only navigate as a consultant in a public political managed organization.
* Only work as a link between the business process owner and system owner as well as in already established governance structure.

* Experience as Project Leader
It is positive if the consultant has experience with the following:
* HCM: Have been an active part of an implementation so that you can then support the HCM area. Especially focusing on OTL (time registration)
* SQL skills: SQL Developer or Custom SQL in OTBI for queries.
* Education: Have experience with implementation of Oracle Student Management System.
* Have knowledge of the installation and use of Oracle Helpdesk
* Have knowledge of the installation and use of Oracle GRC
* Knowledge of using Jira for both case registration and testing.
* Experience as Team Leader
* Experience with staff management in similar public organization who also worked with Oracle Fusion.
* Experience with staff management where there have been cooperation with sister organisations in the university sector or similar.
It is expected that the consultant meets physically, at least 4 days a week.
PROPORTION OF OTHER RELIGION
Start is expected to be 01 May 2024 and last at least 6 months and maximum 12
months with expected 50% healing at startup rising to 100% alloking at
end. The allocation rate is continuously evaluated and agreed for 1 month at a time.
Depending on the final complexity of the task, it must be possible to prolong the duration
by the consultant’s association with the project.
