Teamlead/BI Developer

Hi,
For our BI team, we are looking for a consultant who can take a role as a team leader/BI developer. The team works agilely and consists of 4 BI developers. As a team leader, the consultant will lead the team in further development and new development in both ways of working according to Scrum and strategic choices in the field. The assignment also involves coordinating work within the team and managing dependencies to other parts of the business. As a BI developer, the consultant will be involved in the development and management of datawarehouse/data warehouse. The work involves collecting, processing and making information and data available in different areas of the organization and creating conditions for the business to make better, more data-driven decisions. The team works based on the requirements and needs that exist and gives the business the opportunity to develop statistics, analyses and reports through different tools. The consultant will be between technology and operations and needs to be easy to put themselves into different needs that can be found in a large organization.
**Obligatory requirements**
Experience of being a leader for agile teams or projects
General database knowledge
Good SQL knowledge
Experience in the ETL process and datawarehouse/data storage
Experience as a BI developer or similar role.
High collaborative capacity, communication, accountability and good problem-solving skills
Liquid Swedish in both speech and writing
**Meritive requirements**
Experience with BI tools such as Qlik or equivalent
Experience in the design of data storage
Experience in dimension modeling
Experience in the public sector
**Desired start date:**
**Ort:** Jönköping (hybrid) onsite 3 days/week
** Extract duration:** 6 months with good continuation
