**We are looking for a Tech Lead (PS Chat, Python, AWS, AI) for our client in the Pharma Industry**

As a Tech Lead, you will shape, develop, and drive the implementation of digital solutions in Product Supply, ultimately addressing some of the biggest business opportunities we have.
**Additionally, your day-to-day responsibilities are to:**
* Drive and build value-driving and innovative digital solutions from the ground up (greenfield software development) with a user-centric approach
* Proficiently manage technical and business stakeholder relationships
* Advise and drive decision making through effective communication
* Explore new technologies and tools to apply during the development of these solutions
* Lead, guide, and mentor software developers on the team
* Prioritize your work with the team and its product owner, weighing both the business and technical value of each task
* Experiment, test, try, fail, and learn all the time!
You will join a cross-functional scrum team (Product Owner, UX/UI Designer, Frontend, Backend, AI developer and Scrum Master). The team delivers solutions to our Product Supply area, specializing in optimizing overall efficiency across the production sites in the organization. We do this using a tech stack consisting of AWS PaaS services, containerized Python backend, and a frontend web application using Vue.js and TypeScript.
**What is the role about?**
PS Chat leverages state-of-the-art AI technologies and large language models (LLMs) to provide a versatile, user-friendly, and secure platform for creating custom chatbots.
**As an ideal candidate, we expect you hold a BSc or MSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar related fields and you can tick most of the following boxes:**
* 10
- years of professional experience in software development and tech leadership
* Expert competence in Python and various database technologies (we use DynamoDB and S3)
* Experience with modern cloud environments, especially AWS
* Previous experience with complex RESTful API integrations, as well as a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
* Deep knowledge of domain-driven design patterns and coding best practices
* Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end, etc.)
* Experience with continuous delivery and running services in production
* Experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, boto3, aws\_cdk, and openai is a plus
* Knowledge of infrastructure tools like Fargate, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Cloudwatch, Cognito, Bedrock, and Azure OpenAI
* Understanding of RAG (retrieval augmented generation), Large Language Models, and Linear Algebra
* Working knowledge of state-of-the-art AI technologies and LLM algorithms is a plus
**PS Chat is built using advanced AI technologies and large language models (LLMs). As a Tech Lead, you will work with:**
* Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG): Enhance the chatbot's ability to retrieve and generate relevant information.
* Large Language Models (LLMs): Utilize models like GPT-4 for natural language understanding and generation.
* OpenAI and Azure OpenAI: Integrate APIs from leading AI providers to enhance functionality.
* Machine Learning Algorithms: Implement and optimize algorithms to improve performance.
* AI Infrastructure: Use AWS services like Fargate, Lambda, and DynamoDB for scalable AI solutions.
