Join our ongoing customer development project as a Technical Lead / Senior Developer!

Location: Finland (Helsinki / Vaasa)

Duration: 1 year | Full-time Allocation - possible extension

We seek a proactive Technical Lead / Senior Developer to spearhead the renewal of our customer's business critical solution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an interesting environment, drives team collaboration, and keeps a sharp eye on the big picture while diving into hands-on coding when needed.

Tech Stack & Expertise

Python, React, AWS Lambda
Strong AWS architecture understanding (stateless Lambdas preferred)
Database & data structure design

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Project Manager to refine the technical roadmap
Ensure smooth collaboration between project leads and developers
Provide hands-on coding support when needed
Guide the team with technical coaching & best practices
Improve process visibility to maintain project timelines
