Tech Lead / Full Stack Developer

Job description:

**We are looking for a Tech Lead / Full Stack Developer for our client.** The Tech Lead is responsible for leading the technical development and implementation of a B2B e-commerce platform.
**Technologies:**
* Node.js
* React
* TypeScript
* PostgreSQL
* Azure
* Expertise in cloud-based, scalable web applications, API implementations, and CI/CD processes.
**Role description:**
* Lead the technical implementation of the e-commerce renewal project together with the Technical Solution Owner.
* Be responsible for the progress of the technical plan and architectural decisions.
* Mentor and support the development team members.
**Expectations:**
* Experience in leading development teams and managing large projects in a Tech Lead role.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to support and guide the team in problem-solving.
**Location:** Helsinki, Finland (multiple on-site days per week required)
**Allocation:** 100%
**Start date:** November 2025
**End date:** 3.7.2026 (possibility for extension)
**Language:** Fluent Finnish & English
