Job description:
For our customer we are looking for several technical innovation consultants (m / w / d).
Duration: ASAP

Capacity: 90%
Location: Remote and on-site
- Breakdown by arrangement
- German-wide travel is desired
Tasks:
1. Design innovative digital solutions: Development and implementation of innovative digital solutions through the translation of business requirements into technical architectures and cooperation with development teams in the implementation of targeted MVP solutions.
2. To promote cooperation and inspiration: to work directly and proactively with customers, developing their needs and developing creative approaches that create enthusiasm at all levels of the company, from professional to management level.
3. Advance technological progress: Active promotion and development of modern approaches in the areas of cloud, software architecture, artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT).
4. Own your code: taking responsibility for holistic technical solutions within the team, including backend development and testing.
5. Further development of the innovation ecosystem: identifying trends and building and maintaining partnerships with start-ups, research institutions and technology partners to strengthen the innovation network.
Skills:
1. Experience with modern technology stacks: Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Vue.js, Docker, Kubernetes as well as experience with KI solutions (e.g. training LLMs, construction of RAG) and independent deployment via pipelines
2. Ability in architecture and solution design: experience in architecture, solution design and convincing customer presentation
3. European
- and communication skills: ability to prepare complex technical issues in such a way that they can be communicated at C-level with understanding and decision-making
4. Start-up mentality, ownership, teamwork & flexibility: courage to rethink, ownership in the development process and team spirit in agile structures (no fixed roles or strict limits)
5. Very good German
- & English in word and writing
