🔹 For our Client we are looking for **Technical Product Owner** 🔹
**✔️ The Position**
A skilled and experienced Cloud Engineer or Architect is sought, preferably with expertise in product ownership or product management, to join the streaming analytics infrastructure team in Global Data & AI (GDAI) Platform Engineering. As a Technical Product Owner, this role involves designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based platforms and analytics solutions on the AWS cloud, supporting a self-service platform for data consumers creating dashboards for real-time observability. The position requires close collaboration with other engineers and serving as the interface for the business to capture and prioritize work items. The role is representative, with an explicit focus on technology over product strategy. Strategy will be co-owned with business partners and the engineering manager.
**✔️ Responsibilities**
* Represent the platform product towards the business and support the main business owners in defining strategy and product vision
* Architect and implement a re-usable, on-demand, scalable, reliable, and secure service offering
* Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, addressing any issues or performance bottlenecks
* Collaborate closely with the engineering manager for the platform product
* Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cloud technologies and data analytics tools; recommend and implement relevant improvements and innovations
* Collaborate with cloud and platform engineers across teams for integration with other services of the GDAI platform offering
* Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
* Document technical designs, processes, and procedures to ensure effective knowledge transfer and maintain a repository of best practices
**✔️ Location**
The position is based in Warsaw, Poland, and Ørestad in greater Copenhagen, Denmark. Remote work in a global environment is supported. However, participation in occasional meetings or workshops in the Danish or Polish office is required.
**✔️ Qualifications and Background**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum 7 years of experience working as a Cloud Engineer/Architect, focused on cloud-based data solutions
* Experience in product ownership, tech lead roles, or engineering management
* Expert knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure
* Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
* Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and implementation of data protection and compliance measures
* Familiarity with DevOps best practices and CI/CD tools
* Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Go
* Experience with IaC tools like CDK or Terraform
* Experience with BDD or TDD is a plus
* Bonus points for experience with analytics tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Grafana, RStudio, and authentication standards like SAML
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders

This role joins a diverse team of architects, developers, analysts, and data engineers within Global Data & AI, a high-performing global department with a variety of technical, analytical, and multinational backgrounds. Offerings are being expanded across the global organisation, requiring additional resources to succeed in this journey and ambitious vision.
The department handles data acquisition and ingestion, analysis, engineering, and supports data science users of the platform. Operations are cloud-native and follow DevOps principles. The team is responsible for the enterprise data lake, internal data science platforms, data mesh, as well as ML and AI tooling for engineers and business users.
The overarching goal is to use data to gain new insights, drive optimisations, and create meaningful value for patients.
