Job description:

We are looking for a Teamleader E/I (m/w/d) at the Cologne site or Ludwigshafen in project-related permanent appointment.
These are your tasks: management of a team of 5-8 employees as well as the planning of necessary resources agreement with customers and tuning with the specialist areas of the customer development of projects in large industrial plant engineering in the field of electrical engineering Coordination and control of the basic and detailed engineering coordination of project-related teams in the field of electrical engineering Technical clarification with suppliers and assembly companies Support in appointment plans, utilization planning, budget tracking and cost calculations
You can do this with: Complete study of electrical engineering, automation technology or state-tested technicians of electrical engineering, or comparable at least 7 years of professional experience in industry
- or plant planning experience in the management of personnel Proactive, communicative and experienced in the management of smaller teams as well as in the handling of multidisciplinary projects knowledge in document management and work protection knowledge in explosion protection and plant safety Experiences in engineering with CAE systems and engineering databases
- and English knowledge Good handling with MS Office
