🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for **Test Manager** 🔹
**Location:** Poland (WAW/GDA/GDY)
**Hybrid Work:** up to 50% from the office, to be discussed individually
**✔️ Day to Day responsibilities:**
* Report test status to management and courage to bring up (testing) roadblocks
* Plan & execute system test
* Coordinate UAT
* Secure early enough test data
**✔️ Must have knowledge and experience:**
* 5 years of experience of test management in agile (SAFe) software development
* High level understanding of test automation (=what and when to automate, understand the effort needed for test automation maintenance)
* High level understanding of non-functional testing
* Hands-on experience in SQL queries and ETL validation
* Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux commands for ETL execution
* Experience working in Agile methodology
* Proficiency with JIRA and qTest
* Practical experience with Python for database automation testing(For Regression testing)
* Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
* Experience working with Bamboo CI/CD pipelines
* Knowledge of Capital Markets domain
* Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
* Good Knowledge/experience on test planning/Test strategy documents
