Our customer is currently looking for a Trainer / Change Manager (m/w/d) . Frame data: Start: asap Duration: 30.06.2024 Loading: approx. 394h Location: Remote and in exceptional cases Onsite in Frankfurt **Budget: max. 90,00 € Remote, max. 107,00 € Onsite** Tasks: - Identification of specific training - and development needs related to the planned changes. - Evaluation of the existing skills and knowledge of employees. Development of training concepts: - designing training programs tailored to the needs of employees and the requirements of changes. - selection of appropriate training methods and materials. Communication: - Development of a clear and effective communication strategy to inform employees about the planned changes and the accompanying training measures. - Establish a dialogue with employees to answer their questions and address concerns. Stakeholder Management: - Identification and integration of relevant stakeholders, including executives, team leaders and employees to gain support and acceptance. Change management strategies: - Development and implementation of change management strategies to minimize resistance and promote a positive attitude towards change. - Accompanying employees through the change process. Training: - organisation and implementation of training events, workshops or seminars. - Ensure that training content is relevant, understandable and practical. Feedback and evaluation: - Implementation of feedback mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of the training measures. - Adapting training programs based on feedback and results. Skills: Technical skills: - Experience in change management and training, ideally in similar organizational contexts. Communication skills: - Excellent communication skills, both in writing and oral. - ability to understand complex concepts. Empathy and persuasiveness: - Empathy in dealing with employees to show understanding for their concerns. - Persuasiveness to convince employees of the need for changes and training. Organizational institution: - Effective planning and organization of training - and change management activities. Flexibility: - Adaptability to changing requirements and conditions. Teamwork: - Cooperation with other departments, executives and team members. Experience with training technologies: - familiarity with modern training technologies and methods. Analytical skills: - Analytical thinking skills to evaluate the training needs and the success of the training
