UI Architect
Job description:
Wanna hop in to the world of logistics and steer the way how a new solution is built? You'll help logistics centers function more efficiently by streamlining their day-to-day operations. Our client currently has two large WMS -solutions, and the scope is to create a combined UI for them. A lot of moving parts & complex entities that need work - are you up for the challenge? They're now looking for an UI Architect that has a solid understanding over modern architecture models. The initial phase is expected to last until summer, and consists of validating/assessing the current technical plan and its components. This is already in progress, but the client needs some additional knowledge about sharing architecture between two products. You'll need to check the current architecture-structures and models, and see if there's room for improvement. The second phase could be described as the "hands-on" phase, and consists of working with POCs and seeing how the technical choices come to life. Techwise we're looking at: * React. * Preferably lots of experience from large scale projects. Ability to spar and coach less experienced developers regarding React & running a large projects would be highly appreciated. * .NET, Java, Typescript * PL/SQL, Azure, Kubernetes (Docker containers), Jenkins pipelines, CI/CD-pipelines * Knowledge of Oracle cloud would be beneficial. Other useful qualities: * Understanding how to build solid web-solutions and applications is essential * Understanding of modern cloud structure * Understanding enterprise architecture * Experience from large migrations * Understanding productization & how WMS's are used in the logistics industry would be beneficial. We don't expect you to _tick all the boxes_. But if this case sparked your interest, I'd be glad to talk more. Hit me up at robin.maki@witted.com or at robin\_witted on Slack. Language: Fluency in English. Skills with either Finnish or Danish is beneficial. Location: Finland, Sweden or Denmark. Some travel to Finland & Denmark is expected.
