UI-/UX Designer*

Job description:

Tasks:
* Analysis & Concept: You analyze the already formulated technical requirements and translate them into logical user flows & wireframes.
* Design & Prototyping: You create high-resolution mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma. Your focus is on the design of seamless and understandable transitions within the guided process.
* Component-based design: In your designs, you take into account the possibilities and limitations of the component library (PrimeNG) we use to ensure efficient and consistent implementation.
* User-Centril focus: Your designs ensure that even less technically developed users can easily and without any errors through the workflow. Aspects such as usabilty, accessibility and responsiveness play a role.
* Close cooperation: You work closely with the professional team and the front developers, present your designs, take feedback and ensure the feasibility of your vision.
Qualification:\ *\ *\ * Must-Haves:\ *\ *\ *
* Demonstrable UI / UX expertise: You have several years of experience in the design and design of complex web applications. Your portfolio is the most important proof of this.
* Focus on complex workflows: You can present case studies in which you have simplified complex process transformations in medium-sized companies for users. Experience in design for B2B
- or specialist is a big plus.
* Design for non-technicians: You have an excellent sense of how to design interfaces for users with low digital affinity - clear, guided and absolutely unmistakable.
* Tool- Competence: You are absolutely experienced in dealing with Figma to create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes.
* Technical understanding: You do not have to be able to program in Angular yourself, but you understand the logic of component libraries (such as PrimeNG, Material Design, etc.) and can design feasible designs that can be developed efficiently.
* Methodology: User Journey Mapping, Usability Heuristics and agile work (SCRUM) are for you of course tools of your daily work.
* Communication strength: You can clearly justify your design decisions and prepare complex issues for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility experience are helpful but not mandatory.
