For our Client from banking industry we are looking for **UX/UI Designer (2 days at the office in Warsaw/Gdańsk/Lódź)** 🔹
**General picture of the project:**
The Team is designing and implementing several different future business solutions, Verification of Payee and Request to Pay to give as examples.
This is a full stack solution which includes a graphical user interface (UI).
The UI needs to be logical, efficient and easy to use by end users(operators and system administrators).
Our business customers are primarly internal but our goal is to deliver part of our solution to external parties which creates the need to have a flexible UX design. The UI is built configurable.
The UI should be built using the company's design guidelines and ready UI components. UI layouts should be re-usable when new modules to the solutions are added.
**✔️ Must-have skills & experience:**
* Figma design tools
* UX/UI standard principles
* Commercial banking/financial-oriented projects
**✔️ Responsibilities:**
* Conduct user research to identify needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns.
* Translate insights into experience flows.
* Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals.
* Iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
* Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and usability best practices.
* Maintain and contribute to design documentation.
* Communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams.
* Work within agile development environments
