Job description:
emagine is seeking a skilled **UI/UX Designer** to enhance user experiences through innovative dashboard design. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing business dashboards, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors. You should be adept at conducting user research and usability testing, with a strong foundation in BI design and data visualization.
**Main Responsibilities**
Lead the design and user testing processes to create intuitive dashboards.
* Conduct user research and heuristic evaluations.
* Create journey maps and usability studies.
* Design for BI tools to ensure effective data visualization.
* Develop wireframes for web and mobile applications.
* Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions.
* Engage in user interviews to gather insights.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
**Key Requirements**
* Minimum B2 proficiency in English.
* 5
- years of experience in UI/UX design.
* Proven expertise in designing business dashboards, particularly in PowerBI.
* Strong understanding of BI design principles.
* Experience in data visualization techniques.
* Proficiency in web and mobile application design.
* Strong wireframing skills.
* Ability to conduct and analyze user research.
**Nice to Have**
* Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Supply Chain sectors.
* Familiarity with remote design collaboration tools.
* Knowledge of agile methodologies.
