To our customer We are looking for a UX designer
**Description:**
The assignment concerns UX and availability of the Swedish Companies Agency’s own services as well as services in the agency cooperation. You will be part of the Development Assistance team, where you work closely with another UX specialist and build up skills and working methods in the field.
Work is performed both outside teams and teams, but is always characterised by collaboration and dialogue. Short feedback loops and close dialogue with the Customer and its operations contribute to the Supplier being involved in the entire development process.
The Agile Team Works The supplier daily with:
Focus on creating user-friendly and engaging experiences in digital products. The work is to make services intuitive, appealing and efficient for the Customer’s operations and the Customer’s external customers.
To cooperate with and support the Customer’s team in the operational work to promote collaboration rather than handover.
- Dialogue and reconciliation with the Supplier's UX design management.
To constantly develop new ways to collaborate, streamline and ensure quality.
In order to succeed in the long term, an important part of the development work is to build for quality and automation, where great focus is on agile working methods.
The assignment includes that the Supplier shall document on behalf of the Customer and transfer skills to the relevant staff of the Customer.
**Substantial tasks**
Understanding the needs and goals of users: Investigate and analyze users through methods such as interviews, surveys and user tests to understand their needs, behaviors and goals. This helps create a user-centered design that satisfies real needs.
- work with the availability and review of availability under WCAG 2.1(AA)/EN 301 549, and support colleagues and teams in development, testing and reviewing the availability of the service.
- Participate in the work of the customer's design system and component library.
Contribute to common working methods, methods and tools in the UX area.
- Participate in our UX community where business and IT develop knowledge and consensus around UX and availability.
- Lead and plan design work in early stages of the development process.
- Work operationally with UX design when necessary, for example by developing conceptual design, prototypes and flows.
Plan and conduct user tests: Test prototypes and design concepts with real users to identify potential problems and improvement opportunities. User tests provide valuable feedback on how the product is experienced, which can lead to further improvements.
**Other tasks**
Supporting development-related issues regarding design
- and availability with technology such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Vue.

High – Competence that meets the content of the assignment in many parts.
Enough – Competence that basically meets the content of the assignment.
**Requirements:**
- The tendererer shall offer a consultant who has sufficient ability to collaborate, be responsive, work independently, operate and communicate in Swedish in order to deliver the assignment with satisfactory quality. With competence we mean combined practical experience and theoretical knowledge.
- The tendererer shall offer a consultant who, based on the content of the assignment, has at least the level of competence Enough.
**The consultant shall attach two reference assignments. **
**Meritation:**
- The tendererer should offer a consultant who, based on the content of the assignment, has the skill level Exceptional, Very High or High.
**Process control**: Background checks The Supplier shall, through background checks, ensure the identity of the consultant to deliver the assignment and that the Consultant meets the agreed terms of experience and training.
The requirements must be clearly stated in CV and marked. In addition, the respective requirements shall be justified in free text with references to where the CV requirement is met. See the attached file "Competence Matrix"
**Start Date:** No later than 2026-05-01
** End date:** 2027-04-30
**Plats**: Sundsvall
Working time/Scope:** 100%
**Distance work:**Agreed mission place means that the Supplier delivers the assignment in place with the Customer when the Customer has requests for it and delivers the assignment remotely when the Customer has requests for it. The consultant must be located in Sweden. Distance Delivery is the Customer’s choice and the Supplier has no right to demand or refuse delivery at a distance. The customer provides a laptop but otherwise is responsible The provider of the digital tools necessary to deliver remotely. The customer’s assessment is that when the assignment permits, up to 60% of the assignment time may be possible to deliver remotely.
** Ability to extend:** The customer has the right to extend the assignment at least three months in advance until 30 April 2028.
**Semester and other absence:** Unless the parties agree otherwise, the assignment will take summer residence four to five weeks during the holiday season. The customer decides which weeks the assignment will stop. Otherwise, the parties will handle any absence in consultation between the Customer’s Managing Director or the corresponding and agreed consultant.

The terms of the assignment will be based on Ework’s framework agreement with the customer.
