About the assignment:** Are you a UX Designer who loves working in an agile team and creating user-centric digital solutions? Do you enjoy collaborating with developers, product owners, and other UX designers across different channels? Do you have a passion for user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
As a UX Designer at Digital Interaction & Distribution, you will be part of a challenging environment where you will work closely with two agile development teams to create digital products that enable communication between us and end users in all our digital channels. You will also be responsible for ensuring that your designs are aligned with our overall design system and contribute with new UI elements when needed.
Within ART Digital Interaction & Distribution we are working on supporting all our customers and internal employees, with common self-service enablers and communication capabilities for case handling to increase customers' ability to self-serve and have a secure dialogue with us. We are also enabling their customers to access their documents digitally or using a digital distribution method to decrease our physical print distribution
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Collaborate with the product owner and stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs.
- Collaborate with other UX designers cross channel aligning customer experience.
- Create user-centric design concepts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Responsible for ensuring the design is aligned with our overall design system.
- Work within an agile environment, actively participating in sprints and design reviews.
- Help improve the team ways of working and drive the customer centric design process forward.
- Stay updated with industry trends and champion the importance of UX design.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a UX Designer.
- Ability to lead yourself and others throughout the whole design process.
- Ability to work with different teams and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, methods and interaction design.
- Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate findings in your design.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills to present design concepts effectively
- Passion for staying updated with UX trends
