Description UX Designer
- consultancy assignment with start immediately Searched an experienced UX Designer for a consulting assignment starting immediately and assignment time until the end of August. Design is a strategic ability where the work is data-driven with continuous usage tests and high ambitions around quality, wholeness and detail. The assignment aims to strengthen teams in employee experience. About the Mission You will work in several agile teams that develop digital services and products within employee systems and newsletters. The assignment requires fast learning of complex flows, existing design patterns and business needs. You are expected: Autonomously drive the UX work in your teams Identify needs and translate insights into concrete solutions; Planning and implementing usage tests 🙂 Fatta and motivate design decisions based on research and data · Ensure a cohesive over channels and products Age advisory in UX issues towards teams and stakeholders You become part of an established design organization with approximately 40 digital designers (UX, UI and UX Writing), with common working methods, forums for feedback and high quality requirements. We’re used to working independently in complex organizations 🙂 Quickly can create trust in teams and with stakeholders 🙂 Has experience in UX work in employee systems or internal tools 🙂 Is safe in running process from insight to delivery. It is important if you also have expertise in UI or UX writing.
