Job description:
As a UX/UI designer at the Swedish Agriculture Agency, you will primarily work with the design of e-services and internal operating systems. The Swedish Agriculture Agency develops everything from simpler e-services to complex operating systems. There are many older systems to be rebuilt in new design and technology.
Some of your tasks:**
*Together with requirements analysts and representatives from the business, secure needs and requirements. If necessary, visualize complex needs and regulations.
Collaborate with UX writers, full-stack developers, testers and architects.
* Plan and implement insight work with users.
* Create design concepts and prototypes in Figma, which are sued by ongoing operations, UX writers, demand analysts and developers.
* Plan, book and lead usage tests.
Review and UI test developed design.
* Participate and contribute your experience in the weekly reconciliation with all UX designers at the Swedish Agriculture Agency.
We place great emphasis on creating design solutions that are simple, accessible and comprehensible to our users, such as pet owners, farmers and farmers. The Agriculture Agency develops its own style guide (styleguide.farmverket.se) to help you as a designer choose the right components and designs to create uniform services. Your input will be important in the continued development of the style guide.

Depending on the need, other assignments in-house at the Swedish Agriculture Agency may also be relevant. The scope of the assignment is approximately 50% and is in place at the Swedish Agriculture Agency in Jönköping. The possibility of distance work on a part-time basis is available. The working language is Swedish
**Should requirement:**
Experience in designing digital services such as e-services and internal operating systems.
Experience in designing accessibility services
* Relevant training in interaction design, UX design, cognitive science or other education and experience that we assess equivalent.
* Good ability to express in a clear and understandable way in speech and writing in Swedish.
Experience in working in the design tool Figma.
* Experience of conducting usage tests.
In addition, before the start of the assignment, the consultant shall have undergone training that meets the requirements for:
digital availability through the standard EN301 549. (see Framework Agreement section 1.1.22 Digital availability)
**Requirements:**
* Experience in working with UX/UI design at a government agency.
Experience working with UX in configurable systems.
Good knowledge in CSS and HTML
