Special features of the project
Our customer is in competition with other framework partners. In the period from 22 to 23 January, a virtual interview with the final customer takes place (about 30 minutes). The planned team, consisting of a test manager and a test analyst, will be presented together with a service delivery manager.
In advance, voting dates and the joint preparation of the presentation are required. The contract shall be awarded only if the contract is awarded.
Project context
The project concerns a portal for managing existing leasing
- and credit agreements in the automotive banking sector. The product has already been rolled out in many countries and is now being implemented gradually in other markets (including India and Japan).

Challenge: Each country has its own backend systems, data stocks and cloud infrastructure. The application itself is completed - the task is to make it work in the respective countries with the local systems and interfaces.
Your tasks
As a test manager, you take over the operational control of the will activities for the international rollouts. They coordinate the cooperation between the experienced core team and the local departments in the new markets.
Specific:
Test management for international rollout projects (India, Japan, other markets)
Control and coordination of the test analyst and the local test teams
Planning and monitoring of the will activities over all project phases
Interface management between core team, local departments and stakeholders
Quality assurance of the test processes and results
Risk management and escalation on critical issues
Reporting to project management and stakeholders
Close cooperation with the test analyst - mutual support in the team
Ensure the adaptation of test strategies to country-specific requirements

Required:
Multiannual experience as test manager in large, complex, international projects
The European Commission
- and communication - you control international teams and are a central interface
Knowledge in agile test methods and test management
Safe handling of Jira, Confluence, XRay
Very good German

Teamplayer with strong stakeholder management competence
